BetterNight is a professional medical service and supply company, focused on sleep & sleep therapy. Our focus is on diagnosis on sleep apnea through home sleep study and treatment through the use of CPAP therapy or oral appliance therapy.
The IT Help Desk Support Rep provides technical support to end users and performs routine maintenance to IT systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and internal support of computers/ laptops, printers, servers, and related equipment. Day to day tasks include end user support and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. The expectation of this position is to provide a first class customer service experience, with every interaction. *This position is onsite in our Kearny Mesa Headquarters*
